Website Visitors
Our website uses Framer Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Framer Analytics counts unique visitors, pageviews, top traffic sources, and top pages. It does not collect or store any personally identifiable information. IP addresses are hashed using a daily rotating key that resets and deletes every 24 hours, so no individual visitor can be identified or tracked across days. No cookies are used and no cookie consent banner is required.
Contact Form
When you submit our website contact form, we collect your name and email address. We use this to respond to your message.
Event Registration
For some church events, we collect registration information through Google Forms. The information collected varies by event.
For Vacation Bible School, registration includes: student first and last name, gender, grade, parent or guardian name, emergency contact information, parent email address, allergies, and medical needs. The registration form also includes a photo and media release and a medical care authorization. This information is collected with the consent of a parent or guardian and is used solely to operate the VBS program and ensure student safety.
We serve children and families, including children under 13. We do not collect personal information from minors except as part of a church program with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we have received personal information about a child without proper parental consent, please contact us at info@bbchampton.org.
Church Members and Attendees
Through our church management software (Servant Keeper) and our church directory (Instant Church Directory), we may maintain contact information, giving records, and other details provided by members and regular attendees. This information is used to serve our church family, coordinate communications, and maintain accurate records.
Third-Party Services We Use
Bible Baptist Church uses several third-party services in our ministry operations. Personal information may be processed or stored through these platforms. Each has its own privacy policy.
Tithely
We use Tithely for online giving. We refer to their Privacy Policy (get.tithe.ly/legal/privacy-policy).
Loops (Astrodon, Inc.)
We use Loops for church email communications. All Loops emails include an unsubscribe link. We refer to their Privacy Policy (loops.so/privacy).
Servant Keeper
Our church management system. We use Servant Keeper to maintain membership records, track giving, and manage communications with our church family. We refer to their Privacy Policy (servantkeeper.com/privacy-policy).
Instant Church Directory
We use Instant Church Directory to provide a member directory for our congregation. Participation in the directory is voluntary. We refer to their Privacy Policy (instantchurchdirectory.com/privacypolicy).
ChurchCast (High Ground Solutions / Ministry Brands)
We use ChurchCast to send pastoral call notifications to our congregation. We refer to their Privacy Policy (legal.ministrybrands.com).
SermonAudio
We use SermonAudio to host and stream our sermons. SermonAudio collects basic usage data from visitors to their platform. We have access to aggregate analytics such as total listens and downloads — we do not receive individually identifiable data about listeners. We refer to their Privacy Policy (sermonaudio.com/privacy-policy).
Konvert
We use Konvert to provide live translation of our services for non-English speakers. Konvert does not require an account or login to use during a service. Their service may collect basic session or device data. We refer to their Privacy Policy (ukonvert.com/privacy-policy).
Google Forms
We use Google Forms for some event registrations, including VBS. Information submitted through Google Forms is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Photos and Media
Bible Baptist Church may photograph or film services and events, and may post those images on our website and social media channels.
For Vacation Bible School and other children's events, we include a photo and media release in the registration form. If a parent or guardian selects "No," we will not post any image in which that child is identifiable. We may still post images in which the child cannot reasonably be identified.

Social Media
We maintain pages on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, and we host sermons on SermonAudio.
